Notable Efforts

CAWS and PAWS was an event that addressed child abuse and animal abuse. Dog fighting is prevalent in the 5th district and ways to keep our children and community safe was discussed.

The Mother’s Day brunch was an intergenerational ode to motherhood. The mothers and grandmothers shared strengths and skills learned about healthy relationships. Both events were well-received and well-attended by the community.
